For The St. Regis project, developer Caledonian already had the participation of U.S.-based real estate fund Harbert Management Corporation (HMC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to&nbsp;<strong>Agust\u00edn P\u00e9rez<\/strong>, CEO of ATDI,&nbsp;<strong>\u201cWe are delighted to enter a sector with great growth potential in Spain alongside a developer with proven experience and one of the most internationally recognized brands.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For&nbsp;<strong>Enrique L\u00f3pez Sastre<\/strong>, Sales &amp; Marketing Director of Caledonian,&nbsp;<strong>\u201cThis alliance with ATDI not only reinforces our commitment to excellence, but also marks the beginning of a highly ambitious long-term collaboration. The St. Regis Residences is the first of many projects we aspire to develop together, with the goal of positioning a new product category in the market.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A UNIQUE PROJECT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>St. Regis Residences \u2013 Casares \u2013 Costa del Sol consists of 46 spacious units with open-plan layouts, where a typical living room measures 90 m\u00b2. It also includes a 1,200 m\u00b2 building with&nbsp;<strong>amenities<\/strong>&nbsp;such as a bar, lounges, library, complete spa with indoor pool, gym, cinema, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the project\u2019s key distinctions will be the inclusion of the iconic&nbsp;<strong>The Signature Butler Service<\/strong>from St. Regis, which transforms each residence into a luxury hotel experience. This highly personalized service for owners can meet any need in the home at any time (24\/7) with exceptional quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the development of these branded residences, Caledonian has engaged world-renowned professionals such as architects&nbsp;<strong>Marcio Kogan<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Suzana Glogowski<\/strong>&nbsp;(Studio MK27), interior designer&nbsp;<strong>L\u00e1zaro Rosa-Viol\u00e1n<\/strong>, and landscape architect&nbsp;<strong>Isabel Duprat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project, which began construction in 2025, comprises nine buildings and will be delivered in two phases. The first, including four residential buildings and the common areas building, is scheduled for the first quarter of 2028; the second, for the second quarter of 2029.
