Atitlan and Grupo Ática join forces to promote the development of affordable housing in the Valencian Community

Press Release

Atitlan Desarrollos Inmobiliarios (ATDI) and Grupo Ática (A²) have sealed an alliance to develop affordable housing in the Valencian Community. The collaboration is framed within the context of the Plan Vive, an initiative of the Generalitat Valenciana to promote the construction of 10,000 affordable housing units in the region through public-private partnerships.

Both companies will participate in public land tenders coordinated by the Entidad Valenciana de Vivienda y Suelo (EVha) within the Plan Vive. The intention is to actively contribute to solving the current challenges of the real estate market, conditioned by a shortage of supply and difficulties of access for a significant percentage of the population.

The alliance will expand its scope of action beyond Plan Vive with the purchase of land through other channels to meet the objective of increasing the impact of its strategy and contributing to the development of an affordable, sustainable and quality housing stock in the Valencian Community by aligning its experience, management capacity and financial strength.

About ATDI

With a consolidated track record in multiple sectors, ATDI is present in large urban, logistics and residential developments, as well as alternative tertiary uses (flex living and students). In addition, it also holds a large portfolio of rental assets in cities such as Madrid, Valencia and Seville.

In the area of affordable housing, the real estate investment platform of the Atitlan group plans to develop at least 500 affordable housing units in the Valencian Community in addition to those of Plan Vive, once the portfolio of land under management is ready for construction.

With more than 100 delivered buildings, it has extensive experience in residential development, with over 6,500 delivered homes.
